Meet Zia, a skilled Massage Therapist with a passion for healing and a heart for service. Zia's journey in the field of massage began at the Minnesota School of Cosmetology, where they embarked on a lifelong passion for helping others through massage.

Proficient in a variety of techniques including deep tissue, myofascial release, assisted stretching, cupping/gua sha, and sports massage, Zia specializes in rehabilitating shoulders, necks, and lower backs, providing targeted relief and restoring mobility to their clients.

Originally from London, England, Zia recently made the transition from Minnesota to Washington state, eager to bring their expertise to a new community. Zia's entry into massage was almost serendipitous, driven by a deep-seated desire to assist others and a natural inclination towards hands-on work. For Zia, massage therapy seamlessly merges their passion for helping people with their desire for hands-on work.

Continuously seeking growth and expansion, Zia is excited to further enhance their skills by taking future classes in other modalities focusing on more rehab-based techniques, including structural integration and neuromuscular re-education.

Beyond their work as a massage therapist, Zia is an active member of the Tacoma Sirens Womxn's Rugby team, both coaching and playing. When they are not on the field or caring for clients, you can often find them immersed in the world of video games, indulging in their passion for digital adventures.
