Rachel earned her Associate's Degree in Massage Therapy from Clover Park Technical College in 2020. She brings warmth and sound expertise to her practice. She excels in Neuromuscular Re-education, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Cupping. Rachel is passionate about therapeutic work, taking special care to focus on specific areas of the body to provide the best possible relief for her clients.

Rachel is particularly drawn to addressing fascial pain patterns in individuals affected by repetitive tasks, prolonged sitting at a computer, or compensatory issues resulting from other injuries or illnesses. She finds great satisfaction in treating low back, leg, neck, and shoulder dysfunction. Additionally, Rachel maintains balance in her clientele by providing gentle lymphatic massages, which aid in post-cosmetic recovery or general detoxification.

Committed to advancing her skills, Rachel plans to pursue advanced training in Myofascial work and start her path in Craniosacral Therapy within the next year. Her objective is to enhance patient relief and support long-term healing through these specialized modalities. She is particularly drawn to gentle techniques that yield significant results, benefiting her patients and sustaining her career in Massage Therapy.

Outside of her professional life, Rachel enjoys expressing her creativity through crafts, exploring nature, immersing herself in video games, and spending quality time with her family.
