Growing up, Hailey was a competitive athlete (gymnastics, track, and pole vaulting) and had experienced a variety of injuries ranging from concussions, fractures, and overuse injuries. She had been exposed to many varieties of bodywork and forms of rehab care because of her competitive lifestyle. In 2016 she was in a severe car accident, leaving Hailey with a dysautonomia condition called Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). She had gone from a busy hard working athlete to bed rest for almost a year. Hailey was determined to get her health back on track by trying non-traditional and holistic treatments such as biofeedback, craniosacral therapy, breath work, meditation and much more. Hailey experienced a significant recovery from an illness that spun her life around and was inspired to help others heal on their journey.

Hailey attended the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy in 2019 graduating with focus areas in Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Craniosacral Therapy including some continued education in Craniosacral focused on PTSD, Thai and shiatsu massage, and yoga teacher training. When Hailey returned she relocated to Spokane, WA area and worked at a massage clinic and chiropractic office. Hailey took some time off to be a mother, eventually opening her own practice in Colville, WA. She invested in deepening her training with more continuing education in cupping therapy, structural release, aromatherapy, and somatic-emotional release (energy work). Hailey decided to move back to Puyallup, WA to be reunited with family and joined Unlocking The Body in July 2023.

Hailey focuses on helping the body activate its natural ability to heal itself by using a blend of gentle, non-invasive techniques, energy work techniques, and hands-on massage techniques. Hailey addresses any tension being held in the body and assists in identifying what no longer serves you. Whether you are experiencing an emotional or physical restriction, Hailey can assist achieving relief and renewal.

This upcoming year Hailey is planning to expand her education in craniosacral therapy by taking intraoral classes, learning neuromuscular techniques, furthering her education of the nervous system, improving in understanding trauma, and more. Hailey has a passion for learning and she finds opening the door to new techniques will provide more tools to assist and benefit the body.

Outside of massage therapy, Hailey is the mother of a sweet little girl, plus one dog & two cats. Hailey spends her time playing with her daughter and watching her grow up. Hailey loves to stay active whether it’s going for walks, play dates at the park, camping, water sports, trying new activities, or spending time with family.
