Miecole B. Boehm, LMT

Miecole’s journey into massage therapy began at Cortiva Institute in 2019. Her passion for health and wellness was sparked when an instructor asked her to be a demonstration model for the class due to her chronic neck and back pain following a motor vehicle accident years earlier. During that experience, she began to better understand the complexity of chronic pain and why her body was still responding negatively to an accident that had happened six years prior. That moment motivated Miecole toward treatment-based massage therapy and inspired her to help clients better understand the complexities of their injuries and the journey of recovery.

Miecole often modifies her massages to reflect the complex and changing needs of her clients. She may incorporate Deep Tissue Massage and Gua Sha for post-athletic recovery, Cupping for repetitive strain injuries and headache or migraine management, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage for oncology and post-surgical support.

She is passionate about creating thoughtful, individualized sessions that support both healing and education, helping clients feel more informed and connected to their recovery process.

As she continues to grow in her career, Miecole looks forward to expanding her knowledge in Craniosacral Therapy and Thai Massage.

Outside of work, Miecole enjoys spending time around animals and nature, sourdough baking, treasure hunting, and discovering new music from all genres.
