Alison E. Pederson, LMT

Alison graduated from the Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts in 2025, bringing with her a strong foundation in anatomy, kinesiology, and a genuine passion for helping others. Before pursuing massage therapy, she spent nearly two years in nursing school. While she enjoyed learning about the human body and caring for others, she realized her strengths and passion were better aligned with a more hands-on, therapeutic approach to healing. The knowledge she gained during her nursing education ultimately guided her toward a career in massage therapy.

Alison enjoys working with clients seeking relief from chronic tension, muscle soreness, and everyday stress. She is especially passionate about Deep Tissue Massage and enjoys blending therapeutic techniques with relaxation-focused work to create sessions that are both effective and restorative. Her goal is to help clients move more comfortably, feel better in their bodies, and leave each session feeling renewed.

As she continues to grow in her career, Alison looks forward to expanding her skills through continuing education and exploring additional therapeutic modalities that will allow her to provide even greater support to her clients.

Outside of the treatment room, Alison enjoys spending time outdoors hiking local trails and getting lost in a good book. She values balance, lifelong learning, and staying connected to the activities that help her recharge and maintain her own well-being.
