60 Minute Medical Massage....................Per Insurance Company Contract

Includes initial evaluation and formulation of treatment plan.  Sessions will focus on specific issues that are causing discomfort, either chronic or acute.  Treatment techniques include; Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Hydrotherapy, Zen Shiatsu, Stone Therapy, Cupping, Intraoral, Deep Tissue, and Various Neuromuscular Re-Education Techniques. Able to be extended to a 1.5 or 2 hour Massage, with additional cash payment. Smooth basalt stones are used in this unique treatment. The Therapist glides heated stones over large muscle groups with long sweeping strokes. Hot Stone Massage can be a dual purpose massage. Due to the heat of the stones, it is always a highly relaxing, stress reducing massage. The hardness of the stones also allow the therapist to address specific problem areas with more detailed work or deeper pressure.

Designed to accommodate an expecting mother and facilitate alleviation of general aches and pains, improving circulation, and helping overall well being. To achieve maximum comfort we use special pregnancy cushions, allowing you to lie comfortably throughout the massage.

90 Minute Traditional Zen Shiatsu Treatment......................Starting at $75
In Shiatsu, a traditional treatment is approximately 90 minutes. This massage is performed fully clothed.  The Practitioner starts off with a Hara diagnosis and treats the imbalance found, this is then followed by an hour long full body Zen Shiatsu Treatment session.

60 Minute Express Zen Shiatsu Treament...........................Starting at $45
For those who do not have the time or wish to have the added expense of a Traditional Zen Shiatsu treatment.  A full body treatment addressing the specific concerns of the Patient.  This massage is preformed fully clothed.

60 Minute Sports Massage.................................................Starting at $45

This massage can be performed fully clothed or unclothed. Used to increase performance and improve flexibility and circulation or as a post event detoxification to decrease muscle soreness. This type of massage will stretch and lengthen the muscles you use most. Stretching is very important before and after working out. Great for athletes!

By creating "Negative Pressure", Massage cupping is used to soften tight muscles, loosen adhesions, and separate layers of connective tissue.  This is accomplished by glass cups of various styles and sizes, mixed with a 60 minute Therapeutic Massage.
