Rachel H. Blasko, LMT

Rachel earned her Associate’s Degree in Massage Therapy from Clover Park Technical College in 2020. She brings warmth and sound expertise to her practice. She excels in Neuromuscular Re-education, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Lymphatic Drainage. Rachel is passionate about therapeutic work as well as working with the nervous system, with the goal of facilitating the natural healing process of the body.

Rachel is particularly drawn to addressing fascial pain patterns in individuals affected by repetitive tasks, prolonged sitting at a computer, or compensatory issues resulting from other injuries or illnesses. She finds great satisfaction in treating neck, shoulder, abdominal, and pelvic dysfunction. Additionally, Rachel maintains balance in her clientele by providing gentle work such as craniosacral, which soothes the nervous system and helps align the body to its natural healing rhythm.

Committed to advancing her skills, Rachel plans to pursue advanced training in Craniosacral Therapy and Somato Emotional Release within the next year. Her objective is to enhance patient relief and support long-term healing through these specialized modalities.

Outside of her professional life, Rachel enjoys expressing her creativity through crafts, exploring nature, immersing herself in video games, and spending quality time with her family.
