FST has had significant changes in Jessica’s life through defining underlying problems in recent too long time suffering from injury.
FST (Fascial Stretch Therapy) has changed Jessie’s perspective of not necessarily treating the pain that one feels but to find why there is pain to begin with. People have pain everyday and often times don't know why. By completing her Level 2 FST (a 2 week study course in Arizona) Jessica can now help people to understand the fascial lines in their body and teach them what they can do to help themselves through stretch and massage care or other complimenting modalities needed to achieve their personal goals. It is important to Jessie that people can still do what they love in their daily lives like hiking, walking or playing with their kids and dogs at the park.
Jessie also has a background in Reiki energy healing. She has always felt a connection to crystal therapy and how to use energy to help ease pain, fear, and anxiety along with her massage techniques. After an emotional trauma in Jessie’s life she was able to turn to Reiki to help ease her emotional pain by incorporating it into her daily meditation practice and her career. "Everyone has the energy, it's how they use it to benefit the lives around them". She has discovered Washington State is a great state to rock hunt in and has enjoyed finding mountains that you can dig up amethyst crystals, to the beach where emeralds and agates can be found.
