Allyson A. Goldsberry, LMT
Allyson (Ally) graduated from Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics in early 2017 where she received a WA Massage Envy Essay Award Academic Scholarship. Allyson immediately started her massage career in a Chiropractic Office working closely with injury treatment over the next 2 years specializing in motor vehicle injuries, repetitive strain injuries, work injuries, and many other injury conditions and has recently joined the UTB team.
Applied integrated therapeutic massage therapy helps the body heal naturally. Allyson is certified in Spa/Hydrotherapy, Swedish, Deep Tissue/Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Cupping, Injury Treatment, Golf Ball Massage (deep tissue), Pre Natal Massage, and Chair Massage.
Hydrotherapy is used in the majority of Allyson’s body work. Moist heat from towels is applied around neck to loosen tight neck, traps, shoulder muscles, and melt tissue to relax and work tight muscles. Allyson is also very aggressive on knots, so you may find a forearm or elbow in there for some deep tissue body work.
Allyson’s intuitive, therapeutic touch is amazing. Each body has its own unique set of muscular issues to work with and treatment varies depending upon genetics, previous injuries, age, medications, and several other factors. Each massage is unique and customized to your body’s needs.
In the spare time, Ally loves to travel and loves the ocean. She has lived in Texas, Hawaii, and Okinawa Japan. Loves Chocolate, loves playing ball with Kai’a her Jack Russell Terrier, and is passionate about learning new massage techniques.
