Christy was born and raised in the Seattle area. She moved to Missoula Montana in 2003 and finally had a great opportunity to become certified in Massage Therapy. She graduated from Montana School of Massage in July, 2005. Christy has been practicing bodywork for 12+ years, being drawn to it's profound healing effects on the body, mind and spirit. Christy is proficient in various Massage modalities and techniques such as; Sports Massage and Facilitated Stretching, Lymphatic Drainage, and Pregnancy Massage to name a few. Christy's focus and passion is with treatment's such as Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy, but she is not limited to that as she infuses these modalities with relaxation and energy work to nurture each individual and to insure that each treatment is a calming and relaxing experience. Christy is a certified Usui Reiki practitioner and has great knowledge of energy-work. She looks forward to taking different classes that complement all of her abilities and to offer each patient a treatment plan that's effective and that will bring lasting healthful benefits. Aside from her career, Christy is a very busy wife and mom of 3. She enjoys spending time with her family on her days off!
